The house was completed in 1976 and since then we have made every attempt possible to keep it up to date. There are three bedrooms, each with twin beds, Sealy Posturepedic mattresses, a dressing room, and a tiled bath with tub and shower.

There are plenty of king sized sheets so that the beds can be made up as king sized, if you choose. On the upper (main) floor there is a central living-dining room, a kitchen, a powder room and two bedrooms. The living-dining room and the two bedrooms at the ends of the main floor open onto a 56 X 6 ft. balcony.

The downstairs bedroom opens to a terrace on one side and a partially roofed patio on the other, with ocean views on both sides. This bedroom has its own bathroom and kitchenette. All bedrooms are screened, of equal size, and have the same beautiful view. The house does come with cable TV, a radio with a tape player and a microwave oven.

There are two entrances to the house, one is a walkway halfway up the hill with access from the road. The second is the Ewing House driveway, which doubles as the walk to the beach. The driveway is pictured to the left.

Ewing House is about 60 ft above the ocean, and the beach starts at the end of the driveway.
